The party members expressed grave concern over the horrid act in the national capital though the Central Government has strong law to punish the culprits.

The Chief Minister of the State should discuss with the Chief Minister of Delhi regarding the incident, but it could not be happened which shows the inability of the BJD Government, the leaders added.
