BHUBANESWAR:
The results of the Class X annual examinations, conducted by the Central Board
of Secondary Education (CBSE), in which over 16,000 students from the State have
appeared, were announced on Tuesday afternoon.
According
to CBSE regional branch director AS Burma, pass percentage of the students is an
impressive 99.31 per cent.
Out
of the total 55,000 students appeared in the examinations under the Bhubaneswar
zone, 32,087 boys and 22,572 girl students have passed the examinations, CBSE
sources said.
Besides
Odisha, 19,000 students from West Bengal and 19,000 from Chhattisgarh were also
appeared in the examinations under the Bhubaneswar zone.
