Reservation list for 22 block chairman post out
Chatrapur: The reservation list for the chairman post of 22 blocks Ganjam district has been published as the Panchayati Raj election in the month of February next year is coming.
Out of the 22 blocks of Ganjam district, chairman seats reserved for SC women in Aska and Dharakot block, for ST woman in Sorada block, for OBC women in Purusottampur and Rangilunda block and seats reserved for women only in the blocks of Chatrapur, Digapahandi, Ganjam, Hinjilikatu, Kukudakhandi and Polasara while seats reserved for SC in Kabisuryanagar and Belaguntha block, for OBC Bhanjanagar, Buguda and Sheragada block and for Un Reserved General category Chikiti, Jagannathprasad, Khallikota, Patrapur and Sanakhemundi blocks are in the list.
After the opinion and grievance from the civil society on this reservation list, it will be sent to the Department of Panchayatiraj informed an official.
