BHUBANESWAR: Suniti Mund, a young Odia writer and a media personality, created a record by releasing her 14 books at the five-day long Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF) that ended on Tuesday.
The festival, which is an annual
gathering of writers and artists from all over the world, featured over 350
writers, artists, critics and other academics from various disciplines. Mund’s
writings, which include five novels, two collections of short stories, five poetry
collections, one book of interviews with various writers and a travelogue, were
showcased at this prestigious event.
All the 14 books were officially
released earlier by noted lyricist and poet Prasoon Joshi on third day of the
festival. These books were then individually released by a host of authors from
all over the world at different venues of the festival.
