BHUBANESWAR: A Mini Marathon, which was not for competition, but to strengthen the self-confidence of the AIDS affected and to create awareness among the people, organised by Odisha Television on Thursday here to mark International AIDS Day.
Thousands of people from all the quarters including celebrities, youths, college students, athletes, businessmen participated in the Marathon. It was started from Patia Infocity main gate to Kalinga Stadium in the city. According to the organiser, it was a tribute to victims of AIDS and who are suffering from the disease.
