BHUBANESWAR:
Two kids sustained burn injuries when a petrol barrel tin exploded near them.
The incident happened at Bamikhal area in the city on Friday. Treatment of the
kids is underway.
The injured children including a
seven-years-old boy and one-year-old girl while playing with friends near their
houses, one petrol barrel tin was suddenly exploded when the kids set the
barrel on fire. During the explosion of the tin, the kids came in contact with
flames of the fire and started running towards the street to save their lives.
The elder people of the locality
controlled the fire and saved the children from the flames by using sands. Few
portions of the body of the kids were affected. The kids were rushed to the Capital
Hospital.
