In a notification from the State
Home Department, a small reshuffle has been done in the Superintendent of
Police (SP) level.
As per the notification, 2002
batch IPS officer SOG commandant Amitendra Nath Sinha posted as SP Rourkela,
replacing 2003 batch IPS Himansu Lal who would join in the Enforcement
Directorate. Similarly, OPS Officer Karam Se Kawar is new SP Railways Cuttack
replacing Bhagyadhar Behera who would join as Nayagarh SP.
RK Singh posted as new SP of
Bhadrak district, while Dillip K Deo posted as SP Jharsuguda and Kanchan Charan,
who is on deputation from Indian Railways Protection Force (RPF), has been
appointed as DCP Headquarters in Twin
City.
