BHUBANESWAR: City-based voluntary organisation the Center
for Child and Women Development (CCWD) in collaboration with international organisation
Action Aid organised a cluster level awareness programme on unorganised labour at
Ashok Nagar in the city on Tuesday.
The programme was prepared to focus on strengthening
of slum-level unorganised workers forum and to know the plan and programme of the
Government for the development of un-organised labourer.
As many as 50 participants from Science Park basti,
Patharbandha, Telugu Basti, Phalikia Bazar and Budha Nagar attended the programme. CCWD secretary Sadasiv Swain presided over the
programme. Among others, Ashok Gochhi, Manas Ranjan Pradhan and Biswa Ranjan
Misha coordinated the programme.
