Action to be taken against Maoist Nikhil: Mao poster

PARLAKHEMUNDI: Some Maoist posters pasted on the walls of various district offices here have revealed a different equation continuing in the Maoists’ organisations. The posters were put up in the direction of secretary of the Bansadhara Divisional Committee of CPI (Maoist), Pradeep, against Maoists leaders Sabyasachi Panda and Nikhil.

Maoist leader Pradeep said in the posters that the CPI (Maoist) organisation is working for the tribals and dalits where most of the youths of the region are actively working for the organisation. But, Nikhil belongs to general category from a coastal area who indulged himself in many illegal works in the name of the Maoists organisation, he said in the posters.

According to Deepak, Nikhil is collecting money from the contractors, traders and industries by threatening them in the name of the Bansadhara Divisional Committee of CPI (Maoist). Nikhil is allegedly working as police informer and he is exploiting the tribal girls by enticing them with different offers, Deepak said adding, even he killed the tribal youth at Hanumantpur village when the youth denied giving donation.

Maoist leader Deepak in his posters called upon the tribal and dalit people to oppose and not to extend any type of help to Nikhil so far. The people should not give shelter to him, it said adding, actions will be taken against him in the People’s Court.
