Rourkela: Sundergarh police arrested two youths Mohamed Arman (18) and Mohamed Zaheer Ansari (26) alias Babal on Tuesday for allegedly recording and circulating blue CDs of a minor girl at Rajgangpur in Sundargarh district. The two accused were arrested from Tatanagar of Jamshedpur and brought to Rajgangpur for interrogation, police said.
The father of the school going girl had lodged a complaint alleging the distribution of obscene CDs of her minor daughter by some youths in the market.
By showing a false promise of marriage, the main accused Arman lured the school going girl and had a physical relationship with her and the accused Ansari had taken the photographs of their close moments to blackmail the girl and her family.
