BHUBANESWAR: Again a senior rank officer came into vigilance net. A team of vigilance officers conducted a raid here on Friday in the house of IDCO Deputy General Manager (finance) Basudev Paikray, who had started his career as an accountant in 1981, faced an allegation for disproportionate property.
Vigilance sleuths simultaneously raided in Paikaray’s four-storey building at Niladribihar, another building at Mancheswar, IDCO Office and his parental house at Agarpada in Bhadrak. Apart from that he has two plots and two bank lockers in the city. According to the vigilance officials, the property was estimated worth more than two crore. At the same time four-member team has raided in his Agarpada residence.
