  1. The link canal of Mahanadi to Godavari should be named after the great emperor chatrapati Kharavela the great or after the great kingdom of Kalinga, bcoz both names are related to this region only from Odisha to northern andhra it is known as Kalinga kingdom in the past and Kharavela the great emperor was son of this soil who had make this region very proud not only in india but also abroad at that time. By naming either of this two could create a sychological awareness, confidence and pride to develop the people in this region and also it make the migration(prachar in hindi) of names of Kharavela and kalinga kindom possible. So the request to political parties is to accept this proposal and make people of this region proud.
