CREDAI Odisha’s 3-day Property Expo to begin from Jan 19



BHUBANESWAR: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Odisha chapter is going to organise a property show from January 19 to 21 at Hotel Swosti Premium in the city, said association president DS Tripathy at a press meet here on Saturday.

Tripathy said the Expo would provide an opportunity for real home seekers with developers offering housing of various ranges in different locations. It would showcase housing of varied price range and amenities with a special attractive offer for the houses at the Expo, he added.

Tripathy informed that 40 companies would participate in the Expo and more than hundred builders would come with their projects to attract customers of various ranges starting from Rs 12 lakh. Besides the expo, CREDAI is organising seminars on various topics related to real estate by bringing policy makers and other stake holders to ensure more clarity and accountability in this sector, he added.

“After a few real estate fraud cases, customers are in bit confusing state while investing money in the real estate. But we are always committed to transparency and reliability for which reason the association has carved out a special niche for itself by creating a new space in realty sector across the country,” said Tripathy, adding, “If any problem arises for the investors, they can appeal before CREDAI’s redressal forum.”  

It may be noted that Credai is on the rise with a strong presence over 12000 members in 22 leading States of the country.
