BHUBANESWAR: A student of a
city-based school on Friday complained at the police station here against his
school director who tortured him physically by breaching the ban on corporal
school punishment rule. Director of the school accepted the charge of beating
the student.
After the incident, family
members of the student lodged a complaint at the Capital police station against
the school director. According to the teacher, the student was creating disturb
in the class and he interfered in the matter when he didn’t obey the class
teacher. He accepted the charge and later he apologized for the unwanted
incident.
